Before you can synchronise any license or usage based services for a customer to a contract in Autotask, you need to map this customer in SpinPanel to a valid Autotask account.
To do this, select Solutions > Autotask > Customers from the menu and click the customer you want to map. In the Customer side pane you can enter the ID for an Autotask account of type customer and click the Save-button.
The SpinPanel Autotask connector synchronisation job needs to validate and finalise the mapping(s). If this is successful, the Autotask account name for the customer will become visible.
You need to repeat this step for every new customer that becomes available in SpinPanel.
